Today, on 18 July 2008, Deputy Director of the Government Office for European Affairs Gregor Krajc received the delegation of the Japanese parliament led by Vice-President of the House of Representatives Takahiro Yokomichi who are paying a visit to Slovenia.

The Japanese guests were interested in the Slovenian experience and challenges arising from holding the Presidency of the EU Council. Gregor Krajc acquainted them with the issues that had been in the foreground under the Slovenian Presidency and with the major achievements. Furthermore, he touched on the orientations for Slovenia's work in the EU institutions in the upcoming period.
